Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery areas and cost
Victoria: Free standard shipping.
Rest of Australia: A flat shipping rate applies at checkout, calculated based on your delivery location.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are:
Victoria: 2-4 business days
Rest of Australia: 5-8 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by your location, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Carriers
We ship using trusted Australian courier partners. Due to the size of our packaging, deliveries cannot be sent to PO Boxes and require a street address.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery's progress.

Delivery issues

Change of address
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@accio.com.au. We can't guarantee a change once an order has been dispatched.
